After you lock in your quote we email you a free prepaid shipping label. Print it, pack your device securely, and drop it at any carrier location. Tracking is included and you're paid within hours of delivery and inspection.
Do you accept broken or cracked devices?
Yes. We buy sealed, used, cracked, water-damaged and even non-working devices. Just pick the condition that matches yours and you'll get an honest offer.
Do you buy carrier-locked or financed phones?
We buy unlocked and most carrier-locked phones (AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile and more). Phones still under a financing/installment balance or reported lost/stolen can't be purchased — pay them off or unlock first.
What about iCloud-locked or activation-locked devices?
The device must have Find My / activation lock removed and be signed out of all accounts before we can pay full value. If you can't remove it, contact us for a parts quote.
How fast do I get paid?
Local drop-offs are paid on the spot. Shipped devices are typically paid within a few hours of arriving and passing inspection, via your chosen payout method.
How do you protect my personal data?
Always sign out of your accounts and factory-reset before shipping. On arrival, every device is wiped again during inspection. Your contact details are only used to process your sale.
